Challenge
The penthouse apartment resident had a long-standing complaint about -damage on the curtain walling cappings and some staining on adjacent cladding. The resident agreed to vacate the apartment to allow for chemical cleaning, but only for 14-days, so repairs had to take place within a short time-frame.
Specialist facade contractor McMullen had installed the glazing throughout the development. Having previously engaged Renew Surface Repairs for surface restoration works on other projects, when the McMullen team became aware of the problem, they immediately recommended Re-new.
